Use our regularly refreshed apartment asking-price reports. Each report has a stable URL, data date, methodology note, and a downloadable CSV licensed under CC BY 4.0.
20,091 active listings across 12 cities. Data as of 9 July 2026. Landomo currently publishes comparable reports for 12 markets.
A dated breakdown of active source rows represented in Landomo by portal and property type. Counts are before cross-portal duplicate detection; they are not unique homes, a portal's complete inventory, or market share.
These are median asking prices for active apartments for sale, not completed transaction prices from the land registry. Records without a usable price or floor area are excluded and outliers are filtered. The full methodology is published with the dataset.
